Hand Crafted

I’m a professionally trained silversmith who creates every piece entirely by hand, from start to finish. While I take care and pride in my craft, this means there may occasionally be minor imperfections when compared to mass-produced, machine-made jewelry. If you're shopping artisan jewelry, I hope you find those quirks charming. I will not sell anything that is structurally compromised. That being said, if you are not satisfied, review my return policy below.

Returns

I do not process returns based on incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please know your size and your budget before ordering.

All returns must be preauthorized via email in order to be eligible for a refund. 

Returns are accepted only if the piece is completely unaltered, undamaged, untarnished, and includes all the original packaging components. The item must also be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. You are responsible to pay return shipping costs and the return must include shipping insurance.

No refunds are issued for custom work.

Repairs

If, for some reason, a piece purchased from me needs repair or a stone replaced, I will do my best to work with you to bring your piece back to life. Some repairs I cannot accommodate, such as sizing rings. Feel free to contact me and we will get your jewelry new again!
